cotton

This weekend C and I celebrated our cotton anniversary-- 2 years. How exciting! We spent the weekend in South Haven, MI, and it was absolutely lovely. I'd never been there before, but it did not disappoint! Here's our weekend (in a picture-heavy post):



Friday night: arrival + ice cream
Saturday morning: view of Lake Michigan from the balcony of our hotel room
Saturday morning: checking out the local menus in the "common area" of the B&B
Saturday: riding our (rented) bicycles all over town
Saturday: Mexican food lunch-- complete with bizarre Spanish-language music videos
Saturday afternoon: because there's no such thing as too much ice cream
Saturday afternoon: lovely view of Lake Michigan and the beach
Home again, home again, jiggety-jig
Not pictured: me catching strep throat. Womp womp. At least I got a few more days at home out of it??

    Happy Anniversary! Looks like a fun trip! Except the strep part, yuck. Feel better soon!

    Well I'm glad that you had a good time before the sickness caught you! South Haven is such a lovely place and really a perfect place for an anniversary!
