Another Monday, another weigh-in day. Here's today's stats:
Start (08.17.13): 199 lbs.
Week 1 (08.24.13): 196.5 lbs.
Week 2 (09.02.13): 198 lbs.
Week 3 (09.09.13): 198.5 lbs.
Week 4 (09.16.13): 195.5 lbs.
I was a little nervous stepping on the scale this morning, because yesterday it read 199.5. Seriously, how can I lose 4 lbs in one day? Whatever. The good news is that I can get into some size 12 jeans that I haven't been able to get into in awhile. Don't get me wrong, they're still a little tight, but I can wear them!! Hooray! Also, I'm only 0.5 lbs off from where I should be with my 1 lb/week goal. Doing pretty good.
