I only have a few goals for May:
- Find a/some prenatal workout DVD(s) that I like.
I've found a lot of them on Amazon with pretty good reviews, but before I plunk down the cash (of which I have none, btw) I want to try them out for myself. I can rent almost all of the DVDs I have on my list from the local library, so I'm going to take May to decide which ones are worth buying! Baby-making starts in July, so no better time than now to really make an exercise plan. - Actually get some core strength.
I like Kristin's goal of the 30-day plank challenge, so I'm going to steal it! I've also borrowed this gem from the library-- hopefully I like it better than Jillian's 6-week 6-pack. I wanted to punch that bitch in the throat. - Get myself a bicycle.
This one is probably the most challenging. C really likes bicycling, and he would like for me to go with him. Since I'm not running anymore, bicycling seems like a good way to get outside and get some fresh air! C and I rented some bicycles while we were in Michigan, so I know which one I want now. It's apparently not that expensive (as far as bicycles go), but it's still more than my meager budget will allow. So this month I'd like to figure out how I'm going to buy a bicycle. If the plan I come up with actually allows me to BUY said bicycle this month, that would be fantastic. If not, hopefully I'll at least have an achievable plan.
A new bike will definitely help motivate you to work out!! I had one, but someone stole it off my balcony when I lived at an apartment complex a few years ago....maybe its time I bought a new one now that I have a garage to keep it in??? haha. Good luck with your goals!!

These are awesome goals! I'm not really sure how in the heck I'm going to be able to do a plank for 300 seconds 31 days from now...but the chart says I will...so we'll see! Thanks for linking up! :)
