I'm getting so close to the 10 lb mark! I had anticipated that I'd have reached it weeks ago, but it's really ok. I feel thinner, and, most importantly, I feel healthier. It's not always about the number on the scale. Let's be real though, that pound and a half did put a smile on my face this morning :) The fact that I could put on freshly-washed jeans this morning without doing the frog squat made me smile too. ALSO, I ran a mile straight (without walking) 3 times in the past week! I am awesome!
